Pop in to our Wadebridge showroom. We sell, install and maintain range cookers, stoves, fires and fire surrounds throughout north and central Cornwall.Our brands include: Rais, Hunter, Saey, Westfire, Franco Belge, Pevex, Stovax, Gazco, Clearview, Dovre, Charnwood, Rayburn, Aga, Dimplex, Merlin fireplaces, Valor, Redfyre Cookers, Valor, Baxi.

All installations are CORGI, OFTEC, and HETAS registered and assured.

Servicing and Installations:

Marcus Robinson

Marcus is our chief oil engineer. After working for the company for seven years he is Corgi, Oftec and Hetas registered. Marcus won the Oftec Excellence award in 2005 for technical engineer both regionally and nationally. Adam and Marcus are the main stove installers, with Marcus having seen many a roof and chimney pot in Cornwall!

Owen Greenwood

Owen is our longest standing engineer. He has been with The Heat Store for 19 years, servicing gas and oil appliances for our customers. He moved from Leeds 20 years ago, where he had worked as an engineer for several years, before he and his wife decided to relocate to Cornwall. He is both Corgi and Oftec registered, but is our main gas engineer.

Adam Wilkinson

Adam is the youngest member of our team. After a short spell in the army he decided to have a complete career change and train as a plumber and stove installer. He has been with us for three years and is Corgi, Oftec and Hetas registered. He does many installations either by himself or with Marcus in both gas and solid fuel, dealing with both fires and chimneys on a regular basis. He also services oil range cookers.

Sales and Showroom:

Clive Robinson

Clive (known as the oracle) co-founded The Heat Store with Yvonne almost 30 years ago. Starting off working from home and out of his Morris van, it’s grown in to a much bigger venture than he would have first dreamed of. Servicing Rayburns and Agas has grown in to installations of wood burners, gas fires, chimneys and much more. Clive spends his time half out on the road doing site suitability/estimates for installations and half his time in the showroom.

Yvonne Robinson

Having been a co-founder of The Heat Store and having worked in the business for almost 30 years, Yvonne knows almost every thing there is to know about Rayburns, Agas, stoves and chimneys, plus a whole lot more! Having recently taken a bit of a step out of the business, she now works part time and is in the showroom 2 days a week sharing the book work with Jenny.

Tamsyn Robinson

Tamsyn has been with The Heat Store for just over a year on a permanent basis. She used to switch between summers as a chef, and winters with wood burners! She works in the showroom and the office and is usually the first point of contact at the shop.

Jenny Taylor

Jenny has worked for the company for four years on the accounts side of the business. Having grown up, lived and worked in Cornwall for most of her life, Jenny and her husband live in Wadebridge, close to her parents in Padstow. She now works part time in the shop sharing the book work with Yvonne.
